WELCOME!
Hello! Thanks for your interest in my professional authentic nature photography website as I appreciate your support. Enclosed is some information about my photography experiences and academic background. After becoming a successful English as a Second Language tutor (ESL) and an amateur nature photographer in 1993 during high school, I earned my AA degree from CCBC-Dundalk in elementary education in 2001, my BA degree in American Studies and my ESL Teacher Trainer certification from UMBC in 2008. Fortunately, my ESL students range in age from four to eighty years from everywhere! I am eternally grateful because my students, family, friends, and favorite camp directors enabled me to serve as a second-year AmeriCorps Alum during college, a former AmeriCorps Alumni Chapter Leader, a professional souvenir photographer and basic translator in nine languages at the National Aquarium and three other local venues for sixteen years, a volunteer family photographer for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (in 2010), an experienced Learning Coach, and a School-age Teacher.
My various hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, traveling, showcasing and selling my authentic artwork without Photoshop, volunteering at conferences, and attending concerts. Since 2019, I have been fortunate to monitor my numerous professional photography sales at Kimball Farm as well as Camp Wa-Klo, my favorite childhood camp, as of the summer of 2024 in Southwestern New Hampshire where my careers were established. As a self-taught freelance photographer from Maryland, I primarily specialize in foliage, progressive sunsets, lake reflections, weddings, and animal photos at no obligation. Feel free to contact me via this website for more information. Thanks!
Sincerely,
Katharine Peck
Thanks to all of Camp Wa-Klo's amazing directors who established my English
as a Second Language and professional nature photography careers during the summer of 1993! Thanks also to The Benjamin Prescott Inn B&B for selling my authentic photography from 2014 to 2018, to Kimball Farm since 2019 in
Jaffrey, NH, and in 2023 in Westford, MA, and to Camp Wa-Klo as of 2024!
I truly appreciate your support!

Hi, everybody! Enclosed are the links to my updated 2023 calendars via the new "Message Board" section of my website. Monthly planners are also featured on Shutterfly. Sorry for my delay, but it took longer to edit my 90th album for some reason, and this is also my first website that I've designed from scratch... Please check out my "Wall Calendars" page or via the link above at no obligation and/or contact me for more information via the online inquiry forms via this page and/or my homepage and I shall respond as soon as possible. Various matted and un-matted prints of many sizes, magnets, greeting cards, and note cards are also available year-round via online and currently at Kimball Farms, located in Jaffrey, NH. Stay tuned for my 2024 wall-calendars if you're interested, in mid-August '23! Thanks. Enjoy!

Happy New Year, everybody! I hope you also enjoyed the holiday season if you celebrate! Sorry for my delayed response here, but due to extremely urgent and unforseen medical reasons in July while on vacation in New Hampshire, (severe left knee injury), I obviously had to take a break to take care of this traumatic injury since that has taken precedence. Rest assured, my 10.5 cm long hypertrophic knee scar is still healing and I was extremely fortunate that I had no fractures but was given 13 stitches by a cute male doctor, which helped! My stitches were removed in early August upon my return home. I also only missed one week of work, so I was very lucky because it could have been much worse. Thanks to the entire staff and frontline workers at the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough as well as my favorite Airbnb host in Jaffrey, NH for all of their incredible care and support! Of course, nothing shall ever deter me from revisiting my favorite Monadnock Region, since I returned in October as usual to New Hampshire and Boston and enjoyed my trip despite the limited foliage! With that said, my 2024 calendars are now posted and my 92nd and 93rd photo albums are currently being edited. As always, I'll let you know when they are posted. Take care!

Hi, everybody! Here's another positive job and knee scar update for ya. In addition to currently being hired as a Learning Coach at a local city elementary/middle school, I have some excellent news from Kimballs......So far, their Art Buyer wants to buy 4 NH puzzles, 12 NH magnets, and 4 or 5 foliage calendars from me this season!!! My greeting cards are currently selling from last season. How cool is that?!! My on-site academic job pays well ($18.50 per hour plus activity planning time) and begins in early October after my Fall vacation. I am also applying for my third AmeriCorps term since 2000 to teach ESL, art, and assist at a popular refugee youth program as well as other jobs, just in case. I also applied to a similar photography job, so we'll see what happens! Also, both sides of my knee scar are beginning to fade in time for my one-year anniversary of my 7/23/23 injury. I'm still icing and applying cocoa butter to it as needed. Just wanted you to know! Take care!
